ABA Therapy

EarlySteps
  • Louisiana's early intervention program for babies 0-3 with a developmental delay or a diagnosed medical condition with a high probability of resulting in a developmental delay.  They provide various services such as: speech therapy, occupational therapy, social work, assistive technology, audiology and others, if eligible. The National Institute of Mental Health and the Autism Society of America suggest a list of questions parents can ask when planning treatments for their child.

There are many different types of treatments available
  • For example, auditory training, discrete trial training, vitamin therapy, anti-yeast therapy, facilitated communication, music therapy, occupational therapy, physical therapy, and sensory integration​
